faculty meetng results

Hi there, I got us a great space and more info, but before you read on, please make sure to read the other posts below mine as they are important.

Space
Ok, the good news, I got us a corner in the auditorium for the space we wanted. The floor plan is at the bottom of this post.

Setup
The actual event is on Wednesday 26th from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. We can start setup as early as needed on Wednesday and will need to know which people are available to setup. We can figure this out in class tomorrow.

Projection
I reserved a projector for us and will bring it down on Wednesday. What other tech requirements do we need? I found out that if we book IT they can help us install equipment and software.

Here is the event's logo so we can put on our marketing materials as appropriate...
